Tyler is a staff designer at Meta. He's spent over six years designing and building tools for creators across Facebook and Instagram. The work spans several apps and teams, where the hardest part is usually making sense of the systems well enough to find the right problem.

He currently leads design for publishing and professional tools on Facebook, modernizing what's there and building new AI tools from scratch. He prototypes fast, uses what he ships, and asks whether something should be built before asking how. He cares about clarity: in the interface, in the strategy, in the room.
